A Story from Our Land

In East Africa, it is said that the savannah keeps its secrets, whispering only to those who truly listen.

One dawn, under a sky painted with lilac and gold, a traveller asked a Kenyan elder about journeys.

The traveller spoke of destinations. The elder only smiled and pointed toward the horizon.

“You search for Africa,” he said, “but Africa is already within you. It is in the rhythm of drums you may never have heard, in the warmth of the sun on your skin, in the spirit of the endless sky above you.”
